Kirk and his crew are sent to investigate the disappearance of the USS Bowfin, a survey vessel assigned to study the tropical paradise world of Ka�apuoku Lono 4. One solved piece to the puzzle leaves many more in question until it becomes clear the peaceful inhabitants are on a collision course with annihilation.
