Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Adam Idris, Charlene Johnson, Matt Gibson and Ric Orlando to create a three-course meal by using rump rainbow trout, Napa cabbage, smoked paprika and white chocolate chips for the Appetizer round; quail, escarole, chocolate covered raisins and coconut for the Entrée round; and papaya, rice crackers, sake and jura erguel for the Dessert round. Judges are Geoffrey Zakarian, Alex Guarnaschelli and Marc Murphy.
