After their previous escapades, everything is quiet for Team Monster at Area Fifty-Something. That is, until Coverton, a telepathic alien, imprisons the U.S. president, but was acually making a peaceful deal, what the monsters, General Monger, and the President don't know is that Coverton is working for an evil alien who wants to destroy the monsters and take over Earth.
