Meat Men: Chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torissi want a classic Italian Sausage for their new restaurant Parm. Pat Jr. is thrilled for the chance to re-create his grandfather�s sausage recipe, which they haven�t made in years. The only problem? There�s no written recipe!
