The Bill: Ch. Insp. Conway is astounded when an elderly man (and former police officer) turns up at the station with a suitcase containing half a million pounds, which he claims he found on the street. As P.C. Rickman counts the money, Conway decides to do some digging, as surely no-one could be that honest.
