Tudor Monastery Farm: Ruth, Peter and Tom turn their attention to wool this week. Ruth is trying to get to grips with the farm accounts, whilst Peter makes a shearing bench. Tom attempts to shear sheep for the first time and to deal with any wounds that might occur in the process, he creates a salve out of broom, suet, brine and urine.
